Jitsi is so simple EVERYONE can access it. No download.
(Matrix etc needs #install + understanding new things)
It's the #help Mastodon needs since day one. 1 hr a week sitting there as human to ask?

Also, are you following your PeerTube account from your Mastodon account? At least one person on your Mastodon server needs to be following an account for its posts to show up automatically on your server.
