Over the past ten years, a great many people have passed through Muff vegan house, dedicating a part of their lives to building our community. I am grateful to them all! I won’t list names so as not to leave anyone out.
Today, Paola is joining me in the kitchen. She is an Italian vegan and anarchist with a strong moral compass. We share a passion for animal liberation, vegan cooking, and…. pasta. However, we have established rules here, and not everything goes. Paola brings a touch of humor, great flavor, and Italian hand gestures to our kitchen. She is a huge fan of my focaccia and orange cake. She says strong No for: eating pasta before soup, pizza topped with salad, and having a cappuccino with lunch.
