Earlier today I installed #DeltaChat to give it a try... and I'm currently flashing the #YunoHost disk image on a card for my #RaspberryPi5 - so I can write about the process.

I've been pushing hard, and luckily, a couple of new coomunities have recently been started up.

Most local communities in my ecology, uses signal groups already. So alot of people can see the possibilites and limitations (+groups+no facebook, -sim card, -smartphone and the lack of built in tools)

The trick is to offer something unique through delta, and stand firmly on it. It can be hard. (free food on saturday, more information on delta etc
