      @th Good thinking. You definitely shouldn't upgrade. It can be very handy to still have a small lathe around to use when you have a quick bit of work to do and you have a complex setup in the real lathe. I've definitely used my starter HF lathe when the 10x40 monster is occupied, sometimes even for a bit of work to help me finish what's currently occupying the big lathe.

      So when you have a complex faceplate setup on the 10ee and you want to quick turn a small part, you'll be glad you kept the old lathe around when you bought the 10ee.

                  There's a shop in town that still uses a set of 1938 and 1944 Bridgeport mills, so somebody's got their money's worth and then some...

                  Those wooden blocks already seem to suggest it's 'moving' somewhere.
