The fact that they lost control of the stupid, violent monster they built doesn’t change the fact that they built it and then were dumb enough to think that stupid violence was controllable. -

@tripleman @StillIRise1963 I had exactly the same concern then. The concept of a DHS seemed to me a precursor to a Geheime Staatspolizei. And, as you say, here we are. They are now asking for “papers.”
