@kmck @evacide yeah exactly this. There was no mistake, everyone know exactly what they were doing. Bunch of people got a big fat bonus for the initial layoffs and won't see any blowback for the consequences.

@mmm_kay @trebach @evacide I think that's a different manufacturer although working on Fords, especially XB Falcon clutches from my memory, is a pain in the arse. They weren't built to be kind on mechanics' backs or hands considering how often they needed major-ish repairs.
