It's crazy to think about how hard the internet has optimized business for assholes.
The best case scenario for exploitative business is that customers pay for something you don't deliver & that's so much easier with digital online offerings.
Also easier: Changing name & identity to trick customers in again after you've fucked them over & to evade consequences, e.g. angry defrauded buyers walking in your front door.
We shoulda probably regulated for this.
