But second, he was shot FIVE TIMES (3 IN THE BACK, one to the front of his left shoulder, and a fifth IN THE NECK.
ALL FIVE SHOTS WERE FIRED AS #PRETTI WAS RESTRAINED ON THE GROUND UNDER A PILE OF #ICE AGENTS.
CNN examined the video and it appears an agent TOOK HIS GUN AWAY *BEFORE* THEY SHOT HIM.
