@Em0nM4stodon my first computer was given to me by my dads girlfriend, and was in a bright red painted metal case. Prior to that I used my dads computer, which was black.
The first computer I ever assembled myself was black, and the first prebuilt computer I ever disassembled was black. All the computers I ever used in school were also black.
First laptop I ever had was silver. When I had a Macbook it was silver, and now my current laptop is silver.

Wow! I've never heard of this one@DelilahTech @Em0nM4stodon they cost $5000 in 1971, comparable with a Corvette, so they were not at all common. But if your dad works where they make them, maybe one comes home and stays for 10 years.
