Seriously, how is there still no option to disable the Pixelfed "Sensitive Content" overlay filter in one's own feed?

I mean, I definitely understand why some would want it on; so do I sometimes, but other times it's just annoying & yes, I saw that the post on Github only has a handful of reactions, but I still don't understand the decisionmaking behind not having this feature...
