I have no source of income, and life has become unbearable. My mother urgently needs medical treatment, including a debridement and cleaning. She's in very poor health and suffering psychologically. Food and water are also a major problem. We receive no aid or support except for the kindness of friends here.

You can't imagine the helplessness and anguish I feel whenever my mother is in pain or needs medication that isn't available due to lack of money. It's enough that she lost two babies because of the delayed arrival of the medication needed to maintain the pregnancy.

I know you situation is desperate, but how you're currently communicating, you're getting the opposite of the result you want.
If people aren't reacting to you, then the solution isn't to bother them even more. That will only result in them silencing you until you lose your account.

Please remember that this is to help you and protect you, not to abandon you. Mastodon is the last safe place on the internet for you, and if you lose even Mastodon, you have nothing. This is why we want you to be more considerate. Inr your own best interest.

There are many good-hearted people who freely give away hundreds of dollars of their own money. They absolutely do care about you and don't want you to lose your life.
But if they cannot donate to you, because they are currently unemployed and don't have an income, then they won't be able to send you money even if you send them more messages.
