@Elektrotier I agree. The attached bottle cap is a good thing. It’s just funny because it is also annoying, and thus probably not something you would feature in this way.
I also found it annoying initially, but it really isn't hard to learn how to use it without spillage etc. People are lazy/irrationally conservative/both. Remembering those t-shirts with a seat belt printed on. Some folks would rather die than change.

@remaster @ahltorp @Elektrotier because now everyone hate those caps. Can you open close with one hand? Can you pour water in a glass with one hand? That sus cap fall under flow and everything gets water instead of glass

@remaster @Teratogenese @Elektrotier Totally ! But they said, it doesn't stay open even if you shout, making it sound like it's all the time, not once in a while as has been my experience - in fact it's so rare that it happens to me that I always notice it because it is surprising.

@remaster @Teratogenese @Elektrotier but honestly, I don't remember anyone ever teaching me the trick or reading it, and some friends in Germany literally had never noticed the stay-open hinge, so I reckon it's common

@mcSlibinas @ahltorp @Elektrotier It’s not good for their reputation. I blame bad design from some manufacturers, but also EU could have forced better designs.
