Does anyone have any experiences with the FOSS app 'Knit'? It's an app for communication without internet and servers.

it looks kinda like a vibecoded version of briar but without the tor option.

brair had issues making an iOS version because of iphone's restrictions on background processes.

if no one could be bothered to write the could, i'm not sure if it's worth running (or "become an ambassador" for as the website invites us to).
