As this Aussie doctor says, eating raw meat is a step back more than 200,000 years – and it comes with real risks, from infections to parasites.
But more importantly, "carnivore diets" are the exact opposite of what people and planet need. We need drastically less meat and a massive shift to plant-based diets – for our health, for our climate, and for a liveable future.
