How do I hastag technical help here? My account constantly tells me 500 error but when I check the post, it's posted. Help?#help #FediTips

It sounds like mastodon.social just being overloaded. There also often seem to be problems on mastodon.social with uploading media.

It just has way way way too many people on it, I would strongly advise people not to join mastodon.social.

If someone is already on mastodon.social, they might want to move their account elsewhere (guide on how to move accounts here: https://fedi.tips/transferring-your-mastodon-account-to-another-server ).
