So my job gave me a Canva account & now I'm even more worried that they bought Affinity...

I get that it's a nice, easy tool for people to create low-stakes visuals without being professionals, but you can only simplify something so much before you cross the line into dumbing it down. It's like they looked at Adobe's painful UX & went too far in the other direction.

- and of course there's fucking AI everywhere
