Hey, all. Relatively low responses on this, which was interesting. I think there might be a few reasons for that; one is the understanding of what genocide justification is, and the other is unfamiliarity with our own server rules. Or maybe it's just not an interesting topic to people.

My answer would be yes, but. Yes, but it's not entirely clear. We do have a prohibition on Holocaust denial, which is great, as well as promotion of violence, totalitarianism, and hateful imagery.

I have seen quite a few posts justifying the genocide in Gaza -- not denying its existence, but defending it morally. Usually it links the population of Gaza with Hamas, either because of the election in 2006 or because of Gazans' support for Hamas now. Sometimes people talk about terrorism, or hatred of Israelis. In any event, civilian deaths and starvation are defended because there's something wrong with the victims. This is genocide justification.
