@Primetime @eff 's #publicmoneypubliccode initiative is a great move towards making Europe more libre, IMHO.
It's just that just "Open Source" absolutely doesn't cut it. Software *HAS* to be free/libre to prevent corporations from hijacking the project / infrastructure.
