First was a windows phone from 2015-2023, then a Fairphone 5 Murena eOS. From 2018, MobilePay didn't work on the windows phone, but I got it back in 2023. It stopped working in June 2025, so I complained to MobilePay who couldn't care less. They suggested me to complain to Finanstilsynet, which I finally got around to doing. Overvejer noget mere mail ...@anderslund @mjj hej Anders, faktisk er det allerede sådan som du beskriver (i hvert fald for mig på Murena eOS).
Efter Murena implementerede deres browser hack, kan jeg godt autentificere vha. Brave. Jeg er bare nødt til at gøre det hver gang, fordi MobilePay annullerer min adgang nogle timer senere. Sådan er det for flere, og vi er også flere, der har klaget til MobilePay: https://community.e.foundation/t/mobilepay-stopped-working-again/78534/22
Derfor er det næste skridt at klage til Finanstilsynet (gør jeg i weekenden).
