    ... go completely without meat. What's often left out is that there's a better way to produce meat, which can even beat industrial plant agriculture in various aspects, including climate-effects (no fertilizer required) and biodiversity.

    @sustainable_schools I'm exploring nutrition, specifically ketogenic nutrition. As this always requires a lot of explaining, I've followed nutritional science in the past 14 years, and one can't miss the food-quality and agricultural implications.

    As animals get a bad rep for what humans have done, this is another aspect, so I've also looked at livestock and particularly raising on pasture.

    The classic way to look at it is: Industrially produced meat is bad, so let's ... 1/2

    In general it's more the nutrition direction, but that overlaps with agriculture and environment - today's article particularly with sustainability.
