So, cutting back isn't just good the planet & kinder to our non-human cohabitants, it lowers your cancer risk.

The funny thing I've learned is, you might *think* you could never live without some food, but the more you switch your diet to plant based the less you crave or sometimes even want animal based foods.
I used to think I could never give up steak or bacon. I no longer desire either & can't even remember the last time I had them.
