Running to test my knee after a fall in the boathouse yesterday morning left me a little bruised and bleeding. Perfect temperature, sunshine and my base run edged up a little to a decent 48min 10km without really focusing. I probably lost 30 seconds walking a good chunk of the South street climb which I need to get sorted for the Durham 10km. #running #runnersofmastodon
