@FediTips Last year, I also created accounts on mastodon.world and hachyderm.io and left them empty. It would be a good exercise to try the import/export functions and move to one of those. I've been curious to see how the move process works.

Where to go now? I wish I had the time/expertise/money to run a server for people in NC. I like the idea of instances for those living in the same geographical region. #Greedy #Capitalism ruins everything eventually. I'm here to get away from #TechBros and it sucks that I may eventually be at their mercy again.
