Sent a support request to @frameworkcomputer on the web because that seems to be how to reach them:
(You, the person reading this support request, might be only a frontline support person. You may wish to escalate this sentiment up the chain so that Framework is aware of the goodwill and income that it has lost.)
A year ago I was delighted to discover Framework, an ethical manufacturer of quality, repairable laptops. I was looking for a new supplier for the company I am the IT manager for, and I liked what I saw. In the intervening months my company has bought half a dozen or so Framework 13 laptops for our staff. They've been a delight to use.
But now I see from the sponsorship deal that Framework is making with Hyprland that you and I are not headed in the same direction. The message I am receiving is that Framework doesn't care that the team behind Hyprland is misogynistic and transphobic, because they make great Linux software.
I do care. The people who make Hyprland would prefer that I and my kind cease to exist. There's no symmetry in pitting their views against my existence. There's no nonpolitical way to put this: of all the open source projects Framework could have supported, they chose this one. Framework chose a side.
This is tremendously disappointing, because I wanted to continue to support your company and what it stood for. So now we must part ways, and I must find a new supplier for my company.
