Oooh, the mother of all rabbit excavations. My current favourite is the Boss Bluesdriver (not really transparent, and that's the point). I use a 30£ China copy (Rowin Bluesy), which does the trick and takes up less space on the board.

There are cheap copies of most popular circuits available, so you could try them all and then spend a few hundred quid on a boutique version with a prettier paint job once you've found your favourite.
