@Tombersax Folks have sent you good links to explainers, but one way to understand the federated feed is like this: Forkiverse-ians *are* the algorithm.

As folks on Forkiverse follow other folks in the wider fediverse, incoming public posts from those followed get shared with everyone on Forkiverse via the federated feed. So, Forkiverse residents expand the overall incoming federation feed by discovering folks elsewhere.

Feeling real dumb as I finally notice that, except for a lil protrusion, the bulk of main object is hovering 0.5 mm above the print bed. Flipping it over fixes it.
