When people are in a decent boat, they are difficult to convince to jump to another boat. Because all their friends are in the old boat, it is the boat they know, it is comfortable that they know how it works, even though there are camera in every room, even the bathroom.

It is first when some groups start throwing people aboard, that they begin to think about the new boat. It is strange, it is new, nothing is like they are used to.

It is hard to make people change their habits.
