@pelle Yes, #Organicmaps had to sacrifice some versatility in order to remain very simple to use (as its target audience are not expected to know what "OSM tags" even are - most of them are not even editors and just use the map in read-only mode for routing etc).
#Vespucci however is made specifically for OSM mappers (and more experienced mappers especially), so it can offer full power of #OpenStreetMap to you.
@pelle Well, if it is vegan, it is also vegetarian. Just because it doesn't offer full range of ingredients that particular vegetarian might like, doesn't mean it ain't vegetarian.
Thus, `diet:vegan=yes` implies `diet:vegetarian=yes`, so the latter does not need to be specified (but it is also not an error if it is specified).
I were adding diet tags, for such vegan-only case I'd add just the `diet:vegan=only` tag, to encode most amount of information.
