@Gargron anything included in a database gets leaked eventually because it cannot be adequately secured.

The old paper system was fairly secure. The occasional fire would destroy data but, at least it wouldn't leak it.

It was not impossible to access private personal data maliciously but, it was far more time consuming.

What is left after all identifying information is leaked? It's no longer viable for identification...

Isn't this also a downside risk? The Russian nuclear threat might be all they have left while they are backed into the corner.

No matter how good it sounds that the Russian technological secrets are now revealed, I'm pretty sure the American/Allied governments would have already known most of that.

Any nuclear strike by either side, will be a total horror, and massive catastrophe will ensue. There is no good outcome with that, and we are all pushing towards that eventuality.

It takes a lot of effort to train those dogs, and then they are carefully selected for service.

And the dogs are really good looking too.
