Morning came after another difficult night when we couldn’t sleep because of the gunfire. With the first light of day, we realized the danger had come even closer as the yellow cube advanced in the village of Al-Masdar. Even the morning no longer brings us peace, only renewed fear for our children.

We lost our home, and now my children and I are living in a fragile tent with no protection from the cold, heat, or insects.
My children suffer every day, and I am unable to provide their basic needs
