(dev here) The bot has just been updated:
- ISO-8601 datetimes are now accepted, e.g., "@remindme 2025-01-30T12:45+05:00"
- If no time is given, midnight UTC will be used, e.g., "@remindme 2025-01-30"
- both "dm" and "DM" will result in the bot replying in a direct message (instead of publicly)
