What I understood so far is that low cadence will demand more muscle power while high cadence more “heart” power. I also read here and there that 90 spm might be the magic number.
When I check the numbers on my last 10 weeks runs, I run with high cadence (higher than 90).
Any recommendations or word of advice from more experience runners on running uphill?
