I know I said I’ll next provide an update when I’m halfway through, but I couldn’t resist showing you all the progress on this scarf now that the logo is complete.

I’m really enjoying making this, especially knowing that it’s a surprise gift for a friend who’s a HUGE Trekkie.

I wasn’t going to update this so soon, but I do like how the USS Enterprise’s profile has come out on the scarf

I’m going to power on with this now and hopefully provide an update once I’ve hit the halfway mark.

#Startrek double knit scarf #knitting update:

I was hoping to reach 100 rows today (and the top of this spaceship) but alas tiredness is getting the better of me and we all know that knitting + tired = disaster.

So I’ve stopped at row 90 (out of 611) and I’m really liking how this is turning out, especially the dark side with the silver bead stars

I’m not a Trekkie so apologies for the silly question but is this the infamous USS Enterprise?

The pattern also includes a side profile that I’ll be getting to soon.
