Write an # introduction post

The fediverse is moderated by all of us, so if you see an account that's abusive / hate speech / spam / phishing then use the "report" function, which will get that account altered to your server's moderator (a human) who will hopefully block it & will share with other moderators

Finally, if you like your server, consider giving them a little money each month for their server costs & work

Welcome to the fediverse!

Without an algorithm to create your feed, you will need to build it yourself, which takes a little time initially, try:
- follow loads of accounts (you can always unfollow/ block if you don't like them)
- follow hashtags you might be interested in (e.g. # photos, # cats , etc)
- search topics you're interested in and follow people who are posting, then look at who they follow

If you're tooting (would a post), use hashtags, & alt text on images
