From the tech writer's pov: The problem lies in the equal paragraph spacing. If you would reduce the "space under" between headline and following paragraph but keep the "space above" the whole text might get a better visual structure.
Have a look at the quick&dirty example I stitched together ...

It's a really good idea to make your posts accessible:Thank you for those tips. However, it would be nice, if you would not use this strange bold font for headlines as the letters cake together and are hard to read for people with visual impairments. If it is a manual, use Arial.
