Once, when Germany didn't allow Varoufakis entry, I wrote that they did it because he was pro-semite.
I got an enraged response [from a fellow Jew] saying the term "antisemitism" was invented by Nazis and I couldn't go around deciding what was "semite" and what wasn't [IIUC, I was accused of cultural appropriation from the Nazis].
This mans that [e.g.] the [prophetic] sentence "Nakba day is when Berlin police gets to be antisemitic with impunity" isn't "kosher".
