How many things can you carry?
-
Depends upon the calibre.
-
I switched to carrying a personal bag a couple months ago and my life is 1000% better. Sunglasses, a book, headphones and more. All of it available on demand.
-
@stuartl obviously.
-
-
@evan 5 to 8, but one of them is Bigby's bag of holding.
-
@evan As many as needed. Mama didn't raise no two-trip bitch.
-
@evan if I have a couple of ikea bags, near infinite
-
@evan@cosocial.ca haven’t used a basket in years

-
@evan@cosocial.ca I guess other folks thoughts went to CRTs, but I immediately thought of walking into Shoppers Drug Mart to get Only Two Things so No Basket and then walking up to the check-out with arms cradling many goods.
-
@evan carrying 40 cans of cat food + the rest of my groceries. So maybe around 60 or 70 things. But if we count every grain of rice, and every bean more like thousands.
-
@evan I miss read this poll. I voted 0 to 2 but it is 9 or more.

@ryanl The stakes are very low
-
Probably thousands of things, if I'm carrying a bag of, IDK, beans.
This poll's very vague (probably on purpose, I know), so I'll just vote for what I usually carry, which is way above 9.

@evan On my back? By hand? In a bag? In a car? SO MANY FOLLOWUP QUESTIONS!
@somecanuckchick Pachyderm
-
@evan I wear a few things that hold a few things, and I carry a few things that hold many more things and I ride on a thing that can hold a lot of things, but I can only carry a few things.
-
@evan I carry things in my work, so this question is familiar to me. I'm not counting things stacked on top of each other, e.g. six containers that I can carry in one hand becomes "one thing". I often have 2-3 things in each hand, e.g. if some of them are lightweight and I can slip my pinky into some hole. I can have things tucked under my armpit, so that's two more. One thing on my back if there's a sling or I have a bag. Last thing I carry in a big embrace. I would be burdened, but that's 10.
