️Hybrid Day: 1H WOD + 8K RunBefore work I had a ~60 min morning WOD session at work. After work I ran an easy effort 8K.
The WOD had a plenty of cardio: running, biking, skiing and rope jumping. And ofc fast-rep strength exercises such as crunches, lunges, knee raises etc. No burpees - wOt 🤯

WOD https://strava.app.link/DQrFEuEda6bYou're really doing a lot of training! (It seems like to me at least).
How do you manage? And what's your recovery like? I guess you're sleeping plenty?
I'm still as impressed as ever.
(Personally I'm looking forward to starting work again and getting some cycling into the mix, for some reason it's easier to do when there's a purpose with the ride)
