I've previously only written in Danish, but to reach a wider audience I'm doing the English version now.
Basics:
PR for ½ marathon: 1:52 (5:20/km)
PR for 10k: 50:12 (5:01/km)
PR for 5k: 23:05 (4:37/km)Currently recovering from injury, rebooted my training in April.
Today:
5x2minutes at 4:55-5:10 with 60s breaks. 7 minutes jog before and after -

Beautiful weather today for what should've been yesterdays long-run
10k in pace 5:45/km, including the 60 seconds of walk break in the middle of the run.Still impressed by the sun today, and the warm weather. Really a source for happy thoughts and positivity
