Nice weather today for my 2x6km long run session of the week.
Bright sunlight, a bit chilly, around 6 degrees, but in the sun my long sleeves were a bit too warm.Had some mental issues after the first round around the lake, was feeling a bit exhausted and wanted to cut the run short, but managed to continue by telling myself to just ease the pace a bit and focus on the next bit which was on asphalt, so easier than the gravel piece I had just completed.
