Hi, yes, welcome to Mozilla Burger.

Hi, yes, welcome to Mozilla Burger. It's true our burgers come with asbestos but the good news is you can pick it off yourself. Look how easy that is. No we can't make a burger without it and let you add it yourself later. Why would we do that?@cR0w Surely, though, Mozilla Burger will remain a burger company, right?

Oh sorry, no, that's not asbestos. That's high performance fiberglass that is exactly like asbestos.@cR0w they have .claude on their repo, not sure anyone doubted it's used regardless.

Mozilla Burger : What's this? People really like tacos, and tacos use the same meat as burgers?
Introducing Mozilla Tacos. Now with Asbestos AND Fiberglass

No we can't make a burger without it and let you add it yourself later. Why would we do that?@cR0w Firefox had its small slice of users conscious to look for a safer and private product. The LLM move just chopped that core business, and it didn't attract new users (who's looking for that slop may still be using some other browser).
I'm switching to LibreWolf now, anywhere I'm doing serious work. And I moved from ThunderBird to BetterBird for mail, even though I was a supporter of the former for about twenty years.
This is how management kills companies: maybe suggested by competitors? -

@da_667 I'd hotbox it because sharing is caring BUT IT'S FUCKING FIREPROOF.

I've been using LibreWolf for a while now and have really liked it so I hope it works for you too.

@wq What are you going to do, eat someone else's asbestos burger instead?

@cR0w this actually how AI in Firefox works. It doesn't even download the AI model unless/until you turn on the feature.
@cR0w I was About to reply that "This would be funnier if there weren't AI-bootlickers regularly making this analogy unironically in defense of Mozilla" and wouldn't you know it, you got one in your replies already.

@mausmalone
If you're tired of it you should probably not engage with it.
@cR0w -
@mausmalone @thrilway Big "if you don't like cigarettes, don't smoke them" energy right there.
