How do a.gup.pe #groups actually work?
I keep joining groups that look active and then suddenly become inactive/dead. I don't understand why this happens and how to find actually active groups
Am I missing something?

@acallegaro all the guppe groups are dead, unfortunately - someone bought the domain just before they had a chance to renew it. There have been replacements, but I can't remember what the domain is now (or if there's even still a shared one!) - @FediTips ?

Dr Violett and Quinze are right, gup.pe is gone as they lost control of their domain name.
