Linnea, from Peas etc on YT, the lady who presents from the floor of her kitchen, is back with a "how many meals from 1kg" video. This time it is HM meals from 1kg of TVP mince (aka soya mince).
Turns out it is 45 servings from 12 different dishes.
You can pick up TVP mince for $10 - $15 /kg* here in Australia, so it makes it extremely cost effective with the benefit of being very high protein meals.

*You can also pay some pretty fancy prices so hunt around. My local Indian grocery stocks it at really good prices.
