@WiteWulf You're replying to a blog dedicated to Ubuntu, that's been "caring" what the distro does since 2009. Reporting on and noting what the distro does, its decisions, its directions – including it's branding – is kind of the whole point of existing

@omgubuntu Maybe they could offer a less corporate alternative, though I'd keep the corporate one. I can't really picture a Fedora-style space-themed watercolor, and I think Ubuntu manages to keep it simple yet nice.
