    Are you following an account which you enjoy, but it overwhelms your timeline with frequent posts?

    You can use Mastodon's "Lists" feature to create separate themed mini-timelines, which helps to make your main timeline less busy:

    ➡️ https://fedi.tips/how-to-use-the-lists-feature-on-mastodon

    You can then dip into the mini-timelines when you want to see their content.

    This is especially useful for news and media accounts, as they may post extremely frequently.

        @FediTips

        I wish I could just

        Cancel boosts only from particular accounts.

        Apply keyword filter to just a particular account but read the rest of the accounts posts.

        Easy perhaps but depends on client.

          @Chancerubbage

          If you follow an account that boosts too often, you can hide just its boosts:
          1. Go to the account's profile page
          2. Click ⋯
          3. Click "Hide Boosts"
