I'm not sure what you're uncertain about.

I linked to a gouv.fr website, where they state it's the french government/ministries developing this software, that 500.000 employees use it and they link to a 1 hour long video about La Suite on their own peertube instance where you can find more information.

Was that difficult?

Sorry the page was in french, and I could not figure out how to switch the language. I scanned it for useful suspects (libreoffice, nextcloud) but nothing popped out. When I googled and duckduckwent for it, no interesting page popped up. It was really hard to find for a non-french speaker.

And yes, to the best of my ability, I also did not find "the usual suspects", life Nextcloud, Jitsi, LibreOffice etc.

I remember someone mention that the video conferencing solution Visio uses livekit and found this page about it.
