What are your thoughts on spinning up your own instance for personal use?
I know on Lemmy your data is kinda unsafe cause changes may not propagate, I assume that would apply to any federated system like this.

@FediTips Anyone else wondering how to get Linktr.ee to support adding a rel=me tag? I think I asked a couple of years ago, but if enough people asked, especially if you offer to go to a paid tier, maybe they would listen.
Or is there a more Fedi-friendly alternative to Linktr.ee?
Edit: I got my static web site verified long ago.

I have a whole website encouraging non-technical people to start their own sites and online services at https://growyourown.services
There's a section on the Fedivesre at https://growyourown.services/grow-your-own-social-network and a tutorial about setting up a Mastodon instance at https://growyourown.services/making-your-own-mastodon-server-in-10-steps
"your data is kinda unsafe cause changes may not propagate"
Could you explain this a bit further? I'm not sure what you mean by this?

It's weird because rel=me is supposed to be the standard, but for whatever reason Meta, Google etc refuse to use it.
It seems like a no-brainer to have it on every service but maybe corporations are allergic to open standards?
