In case you missed it, there's an ️ eye icon in the top right corner of post threads viewed through Mastodon's web interface.

Clicking the eye to toggle it on or off reveals or hides all the content warnings in that thread. It saves a lot of time as you don't have to open each post one at a time.

Alternatively, you can set your account to automatically show all posts with content warnings.
