@OohOkayKay @sborrill There are some bakeries around me that make them, but they're just not as good as those I had in Germany. My own attempts left even more to be desired, but I'm not much of a baker...

The best one I ever had was from a tiny food truck at a car show. It was amazingly crust on the outside and chewy soft on the inside. And they had their own homemade grain spicy mustard that was nose clear strong. It's was so good with the cold beer in shade.
