@_TroikaFox_ I'm not sure if this is what you are after as it's not a profile, but there is a hashtag #Alt4Me which people can use if they are disabled themselves and want an abled person to write a description in the replies.The person replying with the description can add #Alt4You to indicate they are responding to the request.
